How Do Our Services Work?



Local pickup and delivery services are always FREE at Taylor & Taylor Oriental Rugs. With only a few hours' notice, we can come to your home, move the furniture, fold up your rug, put it in our truck and take it to our shop to begin the cleaning process.


To start, our expert staff inspects your rug to assess cleaning needs. Then, the rug is dusted, washed, rinsed, spun-dry, groomed, and hung to dry in a heated dry room for 24 hours. After a final inspection, it is returned to your floor for you to enjoy again. The process takes approximately 2 1/2 weeks, from start to finish.
