I was re-designing my bedroom. I had two rather large rugs that were being replaced. I needed the existing rugs cleaned so that I could use them elsewhere in the house. I called Taylor and Taylor, and Alex could not have been more professional or more helpful. He not only removed the rugs that needed to be cleaned, but he also carried the new rugs up the stairs and put them in place in the bedroom - no easy feat! He also cut one of the rug pads to fit one of the new rugs which was smaller than the rug that it was replacing. I cannot believe how Alex went above and beyond any of my expectations! I also cannot recommend him highly enough!

We live in the city but had heard about Taylor & Taylor from a family member who had great experiences buying from there. After emailing Armando with what we had in mind, we showed up for our appointment and found he had prepped for our visit. He had several rugs to show us, each with some variety and great options, then- based on what we responded to- he pulled out some additional ones that were gorgeous as well. We picked our favorite and were were thrilled to get a great price on it. The high quality is exactly what we wanted and the experience was pleasant from start to finish. Highly recommended.

As a long-time customer of Taylor and Taylor I can't say enough great things about them!! Armando, the owner gives every customer that unique and knowledgeable attention that they deserve! Beautiful selection of rugs ., found what we were looking for at the right price!!! Let us live with the rugs in our home until we we selected which only added to our great experience .
